Autobiography
My name is Emmanuel Chinedu Nwabugwu, musically known as Nedu-G.
I was born, brought up, and live in Nigeria.
I was born on May 26, 1994
I attended Blessed Child High School at Oyigbo Rivers State, Nigeria.
I discovered I had a knack for music when I was a teenager, but I started writing and composing songs at the age of 26 in the year 2020. What largely influenced my lyrics in many of my songs was my early life, financial struggles, and resilience. I had once worked in a factory where we worked like a cog in a corporate machine but paid little compared to the value we delivered. But later in life, I got financially balanced and settled–thanks to God. I am an Architect in Real Estate and a Civil Servant. I had a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an American University.
The Genre of my music is mostly R & B, known as Rymth and Blues and some hip-hop.
Among Nigeria artists: I was influenced by P-Square, Plantation boys, Paul Play Diaro, Bracket, Banky W, etc. Among American artists, I was influenced by artists like Brandy, Celine Dion, Ruth B, Justin Timberlake, Jordin Sparks, Alicia Keys, Daniel Bedingfield, and Shyne Ward.
Mission: To bring relatable human experiences to melodical tunes.
Vision: Imagine a world where everyone can listen to a song that relates to their life’s discoveries.
